A. Fradkov is a Professor of Faculty of Theoretical Cybernetics of Mathematics and Mechanics Faculty at St. Petersburg State University and Professor of the Department of Control of Complex Systems ITMO University.

Alexander Fradkov is a Vice President of St. Petersburg Informatics and Management System Association since 1991, Honorary Member of IEEE, Member of Editorial Team IEEE of Management System (1998-2008).
