Sergei Alexandrovich Plotnikov

Sergei Plotnikov was born 27th of February in 1991; graduated from Saint Petersburg State University, department of Theoretical Cybernetics in 2013; received a PhD by specialty “Discrete mathematics and mathematical cybernetics” in Saint Petersburg State University in 2016 (thesis topic is “Synchronization control and bifurcations in FitzHugh-Nagumo systems”).
