Cary Eclipse fluorescence spectrometer
The Cary Eclipse fluorescence spectrometer allows obtaining fluorescence spectra such as fluorescence, phosphorescence, chemiluminescence, and bioluminescence. The instrument also has the capability to measure the kinetics of fluorescence and fluorescence lifetimes in the micro and millisecond range. For measuring fluorescence in a specific temperature range and controlling temperature during measurements, a Peltier attachment is available in the laboratory. Additionally, for studying spectra with polarization, a Manual Polarizer attachment is provided.
