Laboratory of Multi-Agent, Distributed and Networked Control Systems

Ruslan E. Seifullaev received the Diploma degree from the Department of Theoretical Cybernetics at Saint-Petersburg State University in 2012; the Candidate of Science (Ph.D.) degree from Saint-Petersburg State University in 2015 (supervised by Prof. Alexander Fradkov). He is also currently a researcher in the Institute of Problems in Mechanical Engineering of Russian Academy of Sciences (Laboratory of Control of Complex Systems). He has been an IEEE Member since 2015. His research interests include nonlinear control systems, time-delay systems, networked control systems, LMI theory.
